Component 3: Boswellia serrata

Active biomolecule: Acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid

Analgaesic activity by Acetyl-11-keto-β-boswellic acid which is the most potent inhibitor of 5-lipoxygenase, an enzyme responsible for inflammation. Decreased degradation of Glycosaminoglycans, prevents destruction of Articular cartilage

Component 4: Cissus quadrangularis

Contains natural Calcium oxalate, Ascorbic acid, β-sitosterol and 3-ketosteroids.

  1. Calcium and natural Anabolic ketosteroids  Amyrin and Amyrone promote  biomineralization of Bones through up-regulation of MAPK-dependent alkaline phosphatase activity in osteoblasts.

  2. Inhibits gene expression of Cytokines and Matrix metalloproteinases, known to aggravate cartilage and bone destruction, and augmented expression of Survivin by inhibiting p38 MAPK
