Component 1: Tinospora cordifolia: 

Tinosporin, and Cordifoliosides reduces inflammatory cells infiltration of Centrilobular hepatocyte swelling, fatty changes, confirming the Hepatoprotective activity.

Exerts Anti-fibrotic effect In Liver through activation of Kupffer cells & Decreasing the activity of Collagenase enzyme.

Flavonoids inactivate Hepatitis B and E surface antigen protecting from Viral Hepatitis


Component 2: Phyllanthus niruri:

Active Molecules: Phyllanthin & Hypophyllanthin 

Phyllanthin & Hypophyllanthin are both potent inhibitors of membrane Lipid peroxidation (LPO), scavenging of DPPH radical and inhibition of reactive oxygen species (ROS) of Hepatic microsomes. Antiviral action against Hepatitis B virus by inhibition of endogenous DNA polymerase of Hepatitis B virus 


Component 3: Aloevera barbedensis:

Active molecules: Phytosterols and Flavonoids

  • Helpful in restoring  glutathione, glucose 6 phosphatase, and microsomal aniline hydroxylase.

  • Protects the liver from oxidative stress and inhibits the excessive free radical accumulation.

  • Reduce elevated Liver marker enzymes serum bilirubin, ALT, SGPT & SGOT levels. 

Component 4: Emblica officinalis: 

Active molecules:

  • Ellagic Acid , Ascorbic acid: Natural anti oxidant;  inhibit the formation of Superoxides, Lipid peroxidation in liver necrosis and collagen deposition preventing fibrosis.

Component 5: Ricinus communis : 

Active molecules:

  • Ricinine and N-demethyl-ricinine: Possesses marked choleretic activity and demonstrated an anticholestatic effect. Heals liver parenchyma and regeneration of liver cells, has Choleretic and Anticholestatic activity.

  • Flavanoids and Tannins have  Anti-peroxidative effects, effective in bringing about functional improvement of Hepatocytes


Component 6: Picrorhiza kurroa: 

Active molecules:

  • Picroliv restores activities of antioxidant enzymes and potent hepatoprotective against ethanol-induced hepatic injury
